Les engagements de Tanger lors de la 3 ème édition du Blue Africa Summit

Cette 3ème édition du Blue Africa Summit a ainsi acté :

L’importance pour l’Afrique de le 3ᵉ Conférence des Nations Unies pour l’Océan (Nice, juin 2025) lors de laquelle le continent a bénéficié d’un espace de discussion unique avec le sommet des chefs d’État et de Gouvernement, « l’Afrique pour l’Océan » et le side event « Afrique-Europe Méditerranée ».
La commande passée, lors de l’UNOC3, au Blue Africa Summit avec l’Académie du Royaume du Maroc et La Saison Bleue de la préparation et de la rédaction du 1er Pacte pour une Afrique bleue durable.
L’organisation de réunions des quatre collèges de préparation des travaux du Pacte : « gouvernance, territoires et sécurité maritime », « sciences et éducation », « économie et finance bleues », « société civile ». Plus de 100 participants, représentant près de 30 pays, ont ainsi animé ce 10 octobre les réunions des quatre collèges. Ils se réuniront plusieurs fois au début de l’année 2026 pour poursuivre les travaux autour du Pacte.
